2024 Theme: Grow in the Grace and Knowledge
2 Peter 3:17-18
17 You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked;
18 but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.
Peter's final warning was to beware of those who twist Scripture. His remedy was a life of growth in Christ. To that end, we are reading and studying the New Testament. Below is our reading list for 2024. Each Sunday we will study the passage in our Sunday morning Bible class.
There will be a new teacher every month. I will teaching for January.
For Each Class
- Read the passages beforehand.
- Become familiar with the passages by making a few notes.
- Summarize the passages in your own words.
- Make a list of how the passages should shape a Christian's life.
- Make a list of questions you have about the passage and bring them to class.
- Come to class to participate and edify your brothers and sisters.
